Sustainability Initiatives at Mines

The Colorado School of Mines has dedicated itself to responsible stewardship of the earth and its resources. In order to realize affirm this dedication, Mines has become involved in an array of programs to improve the sustainability of its campus and everyday operations. The Sustainability Office engages with the campus on energy and water conservation and waste reduction throughout the year. In addition, Mines has numerous green buildings on campus.
